I have both, but I tend to prefer the 8-9000ml ones because I'll never use either to max capacity without leaking, and the 8-9 tend to be thick enough without falling apart while I'm still wearing them.
IDK about max stats, but in my experience 11-12,000ml advertised dips tend not to be thicker, but to use a higher SAP/pulp ratio. Pulp is bulk and structure, SAP is absorption and retention. Higher SAP does swell more, but the padding clumps and falls apart, even when dry during extended wear.
For a spicy night out or a cozy night in, these cute little paw chastity locks are my new fav.
There are cheap plastic locks with only two parts, so they won't rust and are unlikely to get jammed up. Honor system, but taped up inside a diaper it shouldn't matter.
