The perfect version was the one on the CD single which was a combination of the single mix and the mad outro from the extended version. They played it one week on the R1 top 40.
God I love LRB. Resubscribed end of last year, so glad I did. Intimidatingly good writing, if you're a writer. Everyone else can just enjoy it.

I have to reason that people are some days just in a bad mood, because god knows, I can be at times.
Both interesting to read so that was the loss there.
Two blockings I regret from that Twitter. One, a film critic. Another, a veteran comedy writer who’d been following and everything, and the only thing I can think in both cases is that possibly I’d been a little irreverent about someone they knew personally.
I do love showbiz biogs when they reflect a bit at times and go, 'Hmm, you know what? I was wrong/misguided/stupid about that.' Doesn't really happen in this one.
