People were donating to food banks in communities across the country. Many SNAP recipients who were struggling felt the momentum. They too need healthcare & many didn't want us to cave. 7M of us didn't march to cave. We didn't win every election last week to cave. Shame on the cavers. Vote them out.
Thought the same thing and was counting down the days until I could go get new glasses in November. Someone mentioned the January thing to me and I made an appointment that day. So happy to be able to see clearly again!

It doesn’t matter if they’re doing stuff behind the scenes. They need to be visible. They need to SHOW that they’re doing something. A stern statement on social media is not cutting it. Those that show they’re willing to fight will be the ones who end up leading the party.

Someone should remake this video but instead of drugs, it should be about decency and caring for others. Our parents instilled in us those values and now they can’t stand that we’re living the very values we learned from them.
It’s like in the movie 1408 where @johncusack.bsky.social thinks he’s escaped the hotel room and back into regular life, only to find out it’s a trick and he’s been in the room the whole time and back in the nightmare in an instant. We never left the room 4 years ago like we thought we did.
