I'm surprised about the sometimes significant difference between mobile and desktop numbers. Are the same sites tested? Or are there so many sites that deliver different content to mobile vs desktop? Or are differences caused by media queries?

Ik begrijp het misschien verkeerd, maar die kaart zegt toch niets? Dat is hoofdzakelijk een kaart van de bevolkingsdichtheid. Om iets te vertellen, hadden de getallen voor die kaart door het aantal inwoners per gebied gedeeld moeten worden.

This question may have been asked before, in which case I apologise for my ignorance. But could you tell me what your definition is of a mobile webpage? I can understand it for sites built ca. 2000, but are people still building separate mobile versions?
