Kansas City Police Department is CONSPICUOUSLY bad.

It's the only city in the entire United States that doesn't have local control of its cops.

Their cops aren't responsible to the public and hoo-boy do they know it.

Allowing bad cops to resign is how fellow corrupt cops force us to provide them with a lifetime of generous retirement benefits.
