It continues to be outrageous that the Trump Adm &
Secretary Rubio have suspended funding for
the National Endowment of Democracy & other key initiatives that counter the Chinese Communist Party. Rubio championed human rights in China in Congress. China "hawks" in government need to fix this

It is long past time for the US to impose sanctions on Chinese & Hong Kong officials for repression in Hong Kong.
Reps Kim & McGovern are to be commended for their leadership and the Congress and Administration should act immediately to hold these officials accountable
