With that said, we can now show off this meme I made a few days ago. The song will likely be turned into a one shot or repurposed somehow but it will not appear in Vocaloid Violence currently.
This song had major structural problems come up during planning. Some concepts were 8 minutes in our planning doc and the most recent was 6 and none of them I was satisfied with. Bannerman was planned to do the song but no progress was ever started.
Due to the confusing and vague story of the original, we decided to rewrite parts of it. Miku would’ve killed herself and her body would become a soulless entity known as the Husk, fuelled purely by spite.
SCRAPPED CONTENT
Happy Birthday was a song based on Seikai’s trilogy of songs known as “My Day”. The song was scrapped due to overambition and growing frustration with trying to adapt it.

Astral Chain is good but the story did not do it for me for whatever reason.
Game is alright, maybe a 6 or 7/10, gameplay is still the main reason I play Bayonetta but that story has burned people bad. People are still mad about it to this day and like... I get it, but I have always played Bayonetta for gameplay. This really doesn't affect me as much as it did everyone else.
Doesn't help that the romance is also again, poorly developed and rushed. Jeanne and Bayonetta had way more chemistry in the scenes they had together in 2 and any chemistry Bayonetta has with Luka in this game just barely exists. If Kamiya wanted this romance, then why not just... develop it more?
Bayonetta and Luka also get together in this one but like everything else bad about the story they only have a few scenes together and then they die at the end of the game anyway, which gets undone apparently anyway, so what was the point of it being here at all if it just gets undone?
Dark Eve is a good character on paper as the culmination of several vengeful dead Bayonettas but she has a total of 5 minutes on screen and her character is only explained in her fucking character entry. She is laughably poorly done and feels like an afterthought.
Game wasn't even that bad the story is just dogshit. Everything is either underdeveloped or just unexplained period. Viola has the blueprint to be one of the best characters in the series and she only gets 3 levels and the final boss, she desperately needed more development.
