Interesting, perhaps a very tasty journal club paper for us one day! From a quick read, slightly overstated conclusions as Aza causes DNA damage as well as de-methylation. In mammals has a very different effect to DNMT1 degradation/inhibition (eg: www.nature.com/articles/s41...)
