This is exactly the take from #NY17's Mike Lawler. No concerns for legal authority, due process, diplomacy, sovereignty– nothing. I thought being a congressman involved following laws and protocols. Apparently not.

Here's Mike Lawler in August 2023 on Fox News, telling everyone that January 6th was wrong, period.

On Trump's first day in office this year, he pardoned 1,500 J6 rioters. Days later, Lawler was at Mar-a-Lardo kissing Trump's ass. Sad.

It makes sense once you realize that every accusation is a confession.

My advice to Democratic Governors and State Legislators in Democratic-controlled states with R-held Congressional districts:

GET. CAUGHT. TRYING.

It might be difficult - or impossible - to redistrict your state's districts, but we damn sure want to see you try.

But Trump's site, like Lawler's email, doesn't link to the bill...and most certainly doesn't tell us how the bill pays for extending Trump's Tax Cuts by, well, hurting lots and lots of people. Including lots and lots of Lawler's voters who won't appreciate getting hurt and lied to.

Those tax savings Lawler touts from the Trump Tax Cuts? Illusory for all but the richest among us, when we could instead pay for BIGGER middle & working class tax cuts by, you know, NOT CUTTING TAXES FOR THE RICH.

The council of economic advisors tells whatever lies Trump instructs them to. No way in hell will I get an additional 14K in take-home pay this year or next. Lawler is lying.

Lawler's gonna vote for the Big Ugly Bill and then seek cover by saying his constituents support it. How do I know? Because he just sent out one of his patented bad-faith polls that manipulates its recipients to answer how he wants by hiding the ball on just how much he's out to hurt us all.
