Frankie's model was very heavy with all of her textured outlines. To work around it we had an optimized model to animate with and later swap out with the final model. Her optimized model used obnoxious colors so it was easier to identify any elements that weren't swapped out. #flashanimation #fhfif
I did this I think back in 2015-16, after rewatching most of Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends again. Still like how this came out despite mistakes. It's a very fun image, I really like the colors.
Were the characters drawn in Flash or Illustrator? According to the wiki, Adobe Illustrator was also used to make Foster Home.
