Eh, you could cut this out at the Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback stage, which they all currently do (I think, pulling this out of my ass) to make them more polite, apologetic, etc.

Thanks for clarification, and (maybe this is covered in the books) but this doesn't seem like a category error. This sound like some models are too simple (for tractability) and end up wrong. We then either need better models and should default to second or third best solutions in the meantime.

I didnt say anyone should consent to anything that makes them feel uncomfortable. If your argument is so strong why do you need to make up positions to argue against? I also didnt suggest you were a problem, I stated you should go to the fascist site.

I'm always very interested to hear criticisms of neoliberal economics, but most stop at the caricature of perfect markets, you went a bit farther with discussing blairite school and markey failures, but then you got pretty vague at the categorical error bit. You gotta land that punch.

Lots of evidence of mended market failures, so how is that a fallacy? Also can you expand on how exactly that is a categorical error, and what kind of economics/policies we should have if we throw out all mathematics. As they say, better to be approximately right than entirely wrong.

You say "neoliberal economics" (w/e that means) de-politicizes social conflict/problems but economics is the field that brought us opportunity cost as well as varying preference sets! It's all political.
