Just such a cool concept to have skills be character/story based ngl it's kind of a way to differentiate other systems because in a lot of systems, with enough luck, ANYONE can do anything. But with this, it's based specifically on the character you made and the context of who they are. So cool

So like!! Say theres a character whos an R&D specialist, experienced with making gadgets. SHE would know how to improvise on the spot with that. But if she comes up having to convince someone of something, she's FUCKED because she's a nerdy little shut in, and SHE would have to call up the agency

I also rlly like the idea it presents as skills being purely character based. Like yea one character may have experience that helps them do something but joe shmo is not gonna be building a laser gun. So it's like. If you don't have the skills baked into them you're likely gonna be asking the agency
