I've always found the moon a fascinating object.

Indeed, Its a bit slack of them, don't know if many others have had issues of this nature with it.

Yep, to be honest when I opened the bags I did wonder, as I say, too many parts were off the sprue.

Im afraid this is it for now, two major parts for the wings are missing, so waiting for airfix to send them. I was a bit weary with the parts as there was a lot of lose ones in the bags, far too many. I did wonder if this was an issue and parts had just been thrown in. All is made up that can be.

I had my MRI scans and blood tests in October. I dread the phone calls. Next year im onto one a year instead of every 6 months.

I'm going to start visiting antique emporiums to see if i can find any of the old original baubles, they are far better than what we have today, takes me back.

Nice to see a good review of a make, I looked at 1:72 and wasnt satisfied that the quality didn't match the price.

Yhank you. Aye its ready for a new mould, there is loss of detail and certainty plenty of flash. It's ok, you just have to persevere with it. As you say the 109 will do well.

Cheers Paul. It's going well so far. I've heard the wings are a bit problematic, I'll sort the fuselage out 1st then give it a coat of looking at.
