I think the *bare minimum* should be one secure bike parking space per bedroom. Plus visitor bike parking, & customer parking if there are street level businesses in, say, a mixed-use development.

Yeah, let's stop buying massive American style firetrucks & then designing our roads around those. European & Asian cities somehow make it work with much more compact trucks that don't require huge corner radii & wide lanes.

🤣 my bike commute this morning was ten degrees warmer than that, but I wore my usual puffer jacket, jeans, light gloves, thin toque under my helmet. I did pull my buff up over my chin, I guess? I might wear another layer of pants & thicker gloves for -9, I guess.
