And i am sure 3rd parties pushing for all digital would have been a-ok with Nintendo forcing installs. This is not so easy as "FU Nintendo", as this is a "solution" we *know* was worked out WITH 3rd parties and not Nintendo going: "This is how you HAVE to do it because we said so!"
