Here is a very interesting new paper from the Baker and Chudasama groups at University College London. A clever example of leveraging reversible disulfide rebridging chemistry to achieve selective lysine modification (via proximity) of antibody-fragments.

This looks like an interesting application of the oxSTEF probes developed in the Poulsen lab before. Good example of developing interesting chemistry/chemical biology and then asking the right biological questions.

Dear colleagues, my temporary contract here at the MPI is ending this year, and for reasons of german work regulations (Wissenschaftszeitvertragsgesetz, a german word of typical length ;-) ), it can not be extended. So I am looking for new opportunities, preferably in Germany.
