Thank you for covering this. I've been following this for a long time. The only takeaway I've ever gotten is that the gov't is doing whatever they can to choke them out because they see alternative networks of care as an existential threat. They can't monetize it as comprehensively. It's pure malice

Small recommendation to include texting as well as calling the MSMA hotline for the DMV Metro zine. They have been getting inundated with calls, and texts can often be a little easier to parse through, especially when they might contain photos to help substantiate reports.
