Some tryhards will tank on purpose 😅 if they reach a hard spot with their team and can't progress without getting bodied you can tank your elo and get matched against lower ranks so you can return to winning most of your matches and get all or most of the rewards each set

Your rank will still progress if you lose, but much more slowly. It jumps to the next rank almost instantly with just one or two wins so just gotta come in clutch 😭
Its best to do this task when the new season begins. After a few weeks only the tryhards (it's me I'm tryhard) remain and it's harder

An overall guideline for decent pvp contenders is that they need IVs to be as close as 0-15-15 as possible (0 atk, 15 defense, 15 HP)
It's not the case for all Pokemon but for a good chunk of them.

I'm a PVP addict, I can help! It's easier to get done during special cups. Right now it's only Great, Ultra and Master, so it might be a bit rough.
