The Supreme Court issued a stay, effectively ruling, for now, that the Constitution no longer applies, at least not to immigrants. Fast-track deportations with no opportunity for judicial review violate the fundamental principle of due process, especially for people already on U.S. soil.
They are treating people worse than mere numbers, not even bothering to track them once they’re in the system. Unacceptable.
