Seeing myself on video got me used to an un-mirrored version of myself, so it now feels weird if I'm mirrored in video calls. But I still see myself in an actual mirror every day and that looks fine. It's like my brain has set a context-dependent rule: a 3D me should be mirrored, a 2D me should not.
