All this talk about echo chambers.

My take is this.

I look at social media spaces as an extension of my living room, if I wouldn't want you in my home I don't want you here.

And my home doesn't welcome racists, homophobia, Transphobia, misogyny and all other manners of right wingers.

It's going to be important to remember that when an authority tells us to do something, we can always - ALWAYS - choose to say no. There might be consequences, it might not 100% stop the bad thing from happening, but even so. Compliance is always a choice.
