Hysterectomy alone is not always the answer. Sometimes, endometriosis can persist or present yrs after the uterus is out.

This pt presented with cyclic bleeding & was found to have endo of the vaginal cuff.

My approach: full thickness apex to apex resection of the vaginal cuff with laparoscopy
