Currently I block keywords relating to foreign politics(eg: trump,biden et cetera). In large numbers humans are hateful outside of there tribe. X/bluesky et cetera the difference is what/who they scorn. The fediverse is the kindest model I've tried, as you pick 'your tribes' server as your home.

As someone who is not American, but has a dead son and dead father. Your relatives are not dead. If I could have my son alive again but with opposing politics/religion/sexuality/whateverity I would. You remain their child, and she your Mum. I wouldn't throw that away. Be you, oppose her politics.

1) Financial stability of land lord
2) A landlord who is too hard to work with.
3) problematic tennants
4) poor condition of the property
5) Legal problems with the property
6) high turn over of tennants or risk of vacancy.
