I switched rooms two years ago so my bedroom is the one with the windows facing south, so I basically get woken up by the sun in the morning, and that's helped a little.

Seasonal depression This season’s struggle with seasonal depression has hit me harder than previous years. And I think I know why.

I've been struggling for the last two and a half months but I think I'm finally well enough to go into (semi) regular posting on the blog again. I have drafts I need to finish apart from this but that may take some time as I lost my grandma yesterday.
