Medicaid Cuts Make No Sense. The numbers don’t lie: cutting Medicaid costs more in the long run. Why would Congress push a plan that hurts people AND wastes money?

DCA is the best airport in America and I'm ready to fight you on that.

BUT, Uber and Lyft drivers need to know that the rideshare pickup is on the inner side of the outer curb, not the outer side of the outer curb.

Thank you for coming to my TED Talk. No, I won't be taking questions.

If you think that the American people are being taken advantage of left and right, then you should want to *strengthen* the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, NOT tear it down. It's perhaps the *best* example of government working FOR the people. πŸ™„

Man seeking to eliminate *every* federal regulation in America will regulate his role in deregulation.

What could go wrong?

Ugh...I'm sorry to hear that. It's been rough on that front lately. I know so many people who have been laid off and/or ended up unemployed long-term in the past year. I'm sorry you're going through it!

A tweet from Batya Ungar-Sargon reads: β€œAs a person with a *strong* track record of criticizing Elon Musk, I feel extremely confident asserting that this was not a Nazi salute. Elon Musk is a friend to the Jews. This is a man with Aspergers exuberantly throwing his heart to the crowd. We don't need to invent outrage.” Underneath is an embedded video of Elon Musk doing a very suspicious looking arm movement.

Yes hello I am an officially-diagnosed-by-a-doctor autistic and I feel very confident that doing questionable salutes is not an autistic trait or listed in the DSM.

Instead of giving themselves raises, members of Congress should create a variety of means-tested programs for elected officials with more modest finances. Maybe a work requirement where they need to demonstrate they have shown up for a certain number of votes?

As the new administration takes aim at Medicaid, let's not forget that the program isn't only health insurance for the poor. It's also the means by which 1.6 million disabled Americans get access to services that empower them to avoid institutionalization.

One of the international lessons in the new Indivisible guide is the need for independent comms systems. This manipulation from Elon will intensify in the coming months. I’m investing time here because we need to be strong somewhere else.
