Hey novelists— how do you deal with the fear of not writing fast enough? I would *love* to be able to churn out a short story in a week. As it is I’ve been working on the same novel for a good *seven years* 😓 Is it just me??

When my grandma went into hiding, the person who organized it was a 16-year-old girl. She was working for the resistance in a factory, getting the young Jewish girls like my grandma who worked there into hiding. I always wonder if I have the strength of that girl. Thinking about her a lot lately.
