A friend of Ours taught Us how to run open-source AI on Our own computer without the need for big companies like ChatGPT. DeepSeek is one of them, so extra win.

Finally have (We think) reliable access to Our ADHD medication after a lot of bs from all around the past 3 years. Had no issues picking it up today. Things are getting better little by little.

We've always had an issue with self-compassion and being happy with what we do correct, always more critical on the things We do wrong. The strangest thing was when the happiness We found within Ourself came from our alters. They showed Us a love we didn't know of before. From within.

Was made really uncomfortable again by Our new psychiatrist. They said some stuff that kind of belittled what we're going through and when told about Our constant dissociating We got no more than a "Don't do that," basically. Looking for a new psych then.

We're trying very hard to only be positive during these times, especially as every website page we visit these days is shoving the world in Our face.

Getting hyper gives Us anxiety.
When we were young, We would almost always get in trouble after getting hyper. Leaving Us alone in Our room dissociating the time away.
It taught us that having energy is a bad thing and We beat ourselves up because of it still.
Trying to change is hard.

Didn't realize Pokémon cards were so popular again. Went to a store an hour after opening the day the new set came out and they said they were entirely sold out. Haven't seen any since. Let us open packs! 😭

Our tagline on LoL is "Jinx Jungle Main" and we made a friend who was very frightened by that. Had to explain it's a viable strategy against bots, but We'd never try it against people. It calmed them a little.

Went well in therapy today. Did some visualization exercises to help with centering, grounding, and self-compassion. Told them We've "Visualized" Our whole lives so it wasn't hard to put ourselves in a space. Ends up we're pretty good at dissociating.

We're at least liking our new therapist we've been seeing the past few months. Definitely works with Us better with the dissociative stuff than the past ones did. We're even getting better at managing our anxiety and panic attacks lately. Our next goal is self-compassion.
