meanwhile, ebooks are more accessible all around. but everything has to be “for the most profit” in late stage capitalist america :-)
one thing i’m worried about as book prices inevitably go up (ty tariffs) is that ebook prices will become unattainable. i’ve seen ebooks be MORE EXPENSIVE than the physical copy of a book due to sheer demand and popularity of ebooks right now. so now that people are forced to turn to ebooks …. yeah
