I’ve been running a project this week for Y10 work experience, not something I’ve ever done before. This is what they came up with, designed and built from scratch from foamboard and 3D printed parts. It has a brushless generator.

We had a great time at the allotment.
Got a few jobs done - probably as much as I'd hoped.
The grandchildren don't really understand the concept of soaking the ground!

@diyelectromusic I assume they don’t mention the dual package because you’re not so likely to have an unused one? They should be the same internally anyway.

…I haven’t got much time to say anything else, especially as I haven’t started writing up my project because there are permanently about 60 people using the computer at the same time (don’t let anyone tell you computers are time saving).

@Sarahw I don’t live in Ireland but I took my i3 to the west coast in 2022 and it was fine. Most of the public chargers are run by ESB and there is a lot less of the myriad apps required like in the UK.
