Thanks! Not long for you to wait until your April event!
Not at all - injuries are so stressful & a lot of work goes into recovery!
Half marathon in September - when is yours?
Fantastic news!
Thank you - and you’re right about it being great therapy!
Thanks - today set a low bar for tomorrow 😂
Thanks! It didn’t get any worse and hopefully tomorrow will be better…
Running as therapy tonight after a downer of a day at work (not usual) - a 4.3 mile tempo run with the sun shining. Feel better now. #running #spring
Today’s plan was a 4.2 mile run at an easy pace (joined by the family) - with no consensus on what that pace actually was. Ended up running a bit faster than intended before doing our own thing the last mile which was ok #running #sunrise
Looks delicious!
Thanks & couldn’t agree more about the importance of a nice coffee and a scone! 😂
Well done! I’m doing the same! Use it or lose it…
Still impressive!
Sounds like you worked hard!
More mist and a recovery run of 4 miles (with a stop at mile 3 for a scone and coffee - but that’s not important…) #running #trees #oak
Wish I could help! Hope you find a workable solution!
Sounds tough! Hope your knees recover quickly!
It doesn’t ever get old - so exciting to hear!
Long(er) run now that #parkrun volunteering fun is done - 7.1 miles on the lanes #running
I must have been right next to him/her - so exciting! But couldn’t actually se anything…
All 8 NE Wales were on today hosting 1108 participants (95 fewer than last time all operated 2 weeks ago) - 174 volunteers gave their time. I did course check/set up/RD & a woodpecker was drumming in the tree next to me (audio on) #parkrun #running #oak #woodpecker
Congratulations! That’s an achievement!
A short run to collect the car on #parkrun eve - can’t wait to catch up with my fellow volunteers as our venue wasn’t available last week. My turn as RD this week - clipboard and playlist are ready! #running
Thank you! I felt the same way and had to stop and take a photo of it!
Thank you! I was pleased to be outside to see it!
Thank you! It was after many days of rain so the volume of water going over the falls was much greater than usual - thinking your hunch is correct!
It was a mostly misty day with the sun appearing briefly during my 4.2 mile run (pushed the pace up the hills and then threw in a few strides at the end) #running #sunset
I have run and cycled past this weathervane for years and only noticed it for the first time today. Ran 4.2 miles at what was supposed to be a relaxed pace but ended up racing my family in the last quarter mile (I’m counting it as speedwork!) #running
And why not!
Happy Birthday in advance!
