Call me basic, but Arceus EX + Dialga EX is my favorite deck in TCG Pocket right now... Super easy to use, consistent, and very fun!
I know there's multiple builds, but this is the one I've been having the most success with!

This Magnezone + Darkrai EX deck in TCG Pocket is GENIUS
