We completed work at E Highland Dr & 10th Ave E to make it easier to cross the street (a busy pedestrian crossing across from Volunteer Park) with a new marked crosswalk, daylighting to increase visibility, speed cushions to slow drivers nearing the crosswalk, and a center median to prevent passing.

Dry weather meant crews could repaint bus lanes at 16+ locations throughout the city.

As wet weather arrives, most street marking operations pause. Crews shift to wet weather activities like sign & signal maintenance, as well as training & preparation for winter weather.

Right turn restrictions at Denny and Westlake are speeding up the streetcar (and Route 40, C Line) and making it easier for pedestrians to cross at the same time.

There is a major delay system wide due to an equipment problem on the track in the Transbay Tube. There is no Red or Green Line service at this time. Trains are using one track and there is limited service through the Transbay Tube.
