The Finnish Supreme Administrative Court just gave its second climate ruling. The Court 1) made a groundbreaking decision that the case was admissible, also referencing Klimaseniorinnen 🥳2) dismissed the case on substantive grounds, finding no violation of the Finnish Climate Act🤔
Finland’s pushback law was greenlit by the Constitutional Law Committee despite violating the Constitution, human rights obligations and EU law.
