Great paper just out in Real Estate Economics by Andrew Bibler, @kteltser.bsky.social, and Mark Tremblay on the effects of SF’s Airbnb registration requirement. Quantities fell by a quarter and, interestingly, the effects were largest among professional hosts. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1...
