I know it's simplistic of me, but in the present moment it's hard to see a government shutdown as a negative. They're already gutting everything good the fed does even when it's running. Just wish they'd stop collecting money to fund this circus and their billionaire safety net at the same time.

I appreciate the focus on this. While we're at it, though, can we also maybe do something about the Netanyahu governments weaponization of *weapons*? Perhaps by not continuing to send them more while they're being deployed against Gaza?
