I guess it begs the question - the Judge may be learned in law, but is he well versed in law, appropriate to the case to be called "expert" in it, therefore able to give a "trusted" opinion?
I'd suggest he's short on the context of its application in reality - bringing into question his opinion.

It's no surprise someone of enormous privilege has lost touch with all sense of the reality of a situation at hand.
What he has done is written his own opinion.
The issue being, is it based on facts, or is the usual transphobic cobblers, that 2 judges have dismissed as uneducated opinion? E.g.ππ€·

I'm a KC and I'm sure I understand how the law works and I would (also) say the For (Some) Women Scotland decision is the product of (perhaps unconscious) "bigotry, prejudice" - I would not go so far as to say "hatred."

It's more likely to be a "holding" position on spectra & a "pause" in transition because of hate, humiliation or expense.
It's why retransing rates are high, up to 50%, & "mistakes" are, actually, very low...

Sarah Vaci is a "gender critical" artist who set out 4 years ago this month to create 100 portraits of "female detransitioners." To date, worldwide, she hasn't even found 100 to take part in her project, and at her current rate, it will take her 10 to 15 years to finish.
