The program was incredible.

I bore witness to the atrocities of Oct 7, heard testimony from survivors & was moved to tears over & over again.

I survived a Houthi ballistic missile attack & met an amazing group of Jewish & non-Jewish people.

Thanks to the Houthis, I had an unscheduled 4am wake up call this morning.

Thankfully the Israeli Air Force intercepted the missile attack but it was a sobering moment noting that that last time they did this, it was day after day after day b/w 3am & 4am to disrupt people's lives.

That's not to suggest peace between Israel and Palestinians can't be reached. It's a dream I hold on to tightly, but that will not be broached until this terrible chapter in their modern history is closed.

Last Friday night was school formal for Asha.
