What's known as "Thanksgiving" is a celebration of genocide. Call it by any other name and it's still that. If you're meeting because it's the only time you have off but you're not doing anything to organize for collective liberation during the gathering then you're still supporting genocide.

I believed Covid was over because we all went back to “normal”. Earlier this year, many community members I met in the Palestine movement shared about the pandemic still happening, and how our governments often downplay huge health crises, so I’m trying to be better about masking again.
