First three weeks at www.themindnomad.com - started to build some traction with ~60 registered users, and 40+ active ones.

Until then, I want to thank each one of the 700 users.

Especially my power users who were there to give input, feedback and let me know about any issues.

We will be seeing each other with new regulations in 2026!

F1 will always be my passion, and once I have more time on my hands and more resources I can pour into it, I want to do it right.

I want to enjoy F1 races, not stress about all the data provider changes, potential bugs and e.g. carrying my laptop to the mountains on a Sunday - in case there is an issue with the data.

And I will pause it for this season.

And I promise myself (publicly) that I will come back to this project.

I love F1.

And I really want to do a project in that space.

But with everything going on in my life (The Mind Nomad project, 9-5 and continues pursuit of education and improvement) - there was no time to be dedicated to making an enjoyable experience for myself.

And most importantly, for others.

A 23x growth through seasons, with very limited ad budget (~$100).

I really loved using it. It was satisfying my own need - a social experience watching F1 races with friends and family.

But the app was fully free and not profitable at all.

Total costs of running it for 2 years: ~$1000

2 years ago I started Undercut.

A simple mobile prediction game for F1 lovers - something like a very basic fantasy.

I was playing it first with friends and family - around 30 users for the first season.

And the following one - 700 users!

Found that TikTok was pushing the carousels to non-followers.

But for Instagram it was mostly showed only to my followers - has anything changed? Do you see it being delivered to non-followers?
