One clever route i saw to give OpenClaw ability without direct access was using the Zapier MCP setup.

All your MCP servers and tools are stored in Zapier and OpenClaw only gets that one Zapier token instead of direct access to accounts and credentials.

Drag 3 more tasks to the same day?
Watch the total add up.

"Monday: 2h 15m"

This is how you stop overcommitting (or undercommitting ๐Ÿ˜).

You see the hours stack up BEFORE you commit.

NOT after you've missed your goals for the day.

This is by far one of my favorite features in the app I'm building:

Total Time Scheduled Per Day

As you plan out your week and drag tasks into the calendar, it shows the time estimated for each day.

To say I've been impatiently waiting for this game to drop is an understatement!

Only just getting into it, but so far so good! #TheDivision #TheDivisionMobile

I'm still working out some of the kinks

(and had a pretty rough morning trying to fix some bugs I created for myself ๐Ÿ˜…)

But overall, I'm really liking how its turning out! ๐Ÿ™Œ

๐Ÿ‘‰ What do you think so far?
๐Ÿ‘‰ Does this look like something you would enjoy using?

Here's the flow:
1. Look at your Backlog
2. Drag tasks into your week (or selected day)
3. Refine - assigning time blocks
4. Execute with confidence

No more:
โŒ๏ธ Overcommitting (you see hourse stack up)
โŒ๏ธ Forgetting tasks (everything in one view)
โŒ๏ธ Starting your day with "what should I work on?"

I just added the "Planning View" into the new app I'm building! ๐Ÿ‘€

It solves a core problem every creator faces:

"I have 50 tasks... which ones do I actually work on TODAY?"

Here's how it works ๐Ÿ‘‡

How do you plan your content work?

1๏ธโƒฃ I plan my whole week in advance
2๏ธโƒฃ I plan day-by-day each morning
3๏ธโƒฃ Plan? I just wing it
4๏ธโƒฃ I have a system but never follow it

Your answer helps shape what I'm building.

Adobe to buy Semrush for $1.9 billion | TechCrunch Adobe said it would offer $12 per share for Semrush, almost double the latter's closing price of $6.89 on Tuesday, before news of the deal.

I've spent a great deal of time in SEO in the past and have been a huge fan of the SEMRush huge

And this is just mind-boggling to me ๐Ÿคฏ

Anyone else scratching their head? ๐Ÿค”

The "Do Date" vs. "Due Date" Shift There is a critical difference between a Due Date and a Do Date. Due Date: When the task needs to be done by.

I wrote more in-depth on the topic here if you want some light reading:

Productivity Cheat Code: Stop sorting your tasks by Due Date

Start sorting them by "Do Date."

Due Date = The Deadline
Do Date = The Execution

โŒ๏ธIf you look at Due Dates, you're always reacting.

โœ…๏ธIf you look at Do Dates, you're actually planning.

Do you use DO dates when planing your work?

It was seeing ALL the tasks at once.

Overwhelm kills momentum.

Built with AI | LinkedIn Follow along as I build a creator tool from scratch using AI. The wins, the bugs, and everything I learn along the way.

Holy crap!

I've been sleeping on LinkedIn Newsletters for far too long.

I just published my first newsletter there today and already pusing close to 60 subscribers! ๐Ÿคฏ

Now I know:

- I have 4 hours today
- These 3 tasks will take ~3h 30m
- That's realistic. I can commit to that.

No more guessing.

No more overcommitting.

No more burnout from impossible schedules.

Using Cursor + Claude Code, I built something completely new:

โœ… Time tracking that learns YOUR speed (not generic estimates)
โœ… "Today" planning - Pick tasks based on actual time available
โœ… Historical intelligence - "You usually take 47 minutes for this"
โœ… Focus Mode - One task, zero distractions

I ultimately ended The Nine-Five Podcast because I couldn't keep up with my own impossible schedule of never ending to-dos.

Then I moved to YouTube.

Different platform. Same exhaustion.

So over the past week, I decided to fix the problem.
