I’m taking 30 days off all social soon to see how it feels.

Then deciding where and when to come back.

Hate X, but also still feel an obligation to be a reasonable voice given my audience size there, but they make it harder to want to stay every day.

My kids’ pediatrician quit last year.

We hadn’t heard from her since.

Today, we stumbled upon her Instagram page where she’s become an online influencer!

My wife laughed & thought it was ridiculous.

I said it sounded like she wanted more flexible hours & better pay!

My favorite thing about living in a walkable city is the quaint corner commercial nodes.

Small building with killer breakfast/coffee spot & later the other side is amazing lunch.

I am and always will be long walkable urban cities.

Public art.

Many developers ignore it and consider it a waste of money.

But a small investment in public art helps tie a project to the community in which it is built.

It been shown time and time again to decrease tenant turnover.

A small investment goes a long way.

Apartment buildings don’t ruin beautiful tree-lined streets.

They enhance them.

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again.

Minneapolis is one of the most underrated cities in the world.

Density, transit, good design, walkability, relative affordability, fantastic arts scene, a ton of Fortune 500 companies & nice people.

In 2021 we paid $1.1 million for this gas station and the two adjacent homes.

We tore them down.

In late 2022, we finished the Wakpada Apartments.

Named one of the best 50 projects in Minnesota that year.

I’m just making sure people know it’s not Nick.

It’s likely a nefarious scammer/criminal who infiltrated ReTwit.

Just putting out the warning!
