There is an open issue to add a feature like this to e621 github.com/e621ng/e621n... which will no doubt work better but in the mean time this now exists.

It's actually very basic, it's just an API wrapping More Like This queries on an index of e621 posts; the index is sub 2GB.

The extension's still getting reviewed or smth but it werks :3
