Chaos Spirit au blaze wanted to update her outfit and markings

Fleet has been doing vigilante work since he was 13 while the hero system hates him nothing they can do atm due to him being one of the only people to be able to go against Carnage [placeholder name].
When not doing vigilante stuff he works at a cafe to pay bills and care for his younger siblings.
