Democracy in action.

As Trump drags us into an Iraq-style war in Venezuela, 312 members of the House — including 115 Democrats — just voted to authorize over $900 billion in military spending.
You’ve got to be kidding me @delauro.house.gov @democrats-appropriations.house.gov
"Democrats on the House Appropriations Committee voted to recommend reinstalling Henry Cuellar as the ranking member of the Homeland Security subcommittee, after...Trump pardoned [Cuellar] for alleged bribery"
The US could've forced Israel to accept a ceasefire two years ago. Instead, it spent $38 billion enabling Israel's genocide of Palestinians in Gaza and fighting a regional war on Israel's behalf.

I still think about this graph all the time.

I keep seeing this narrative that "not even Democratic voters want to Abolish ICE".
This is just simply wrong, as numerous ignored polls have shown it to have clear Democratic support since 2018.
I wrote about those polls here.

Using Google Trends, we can actually identify the exact date Western Media started caring about the forced starvation of the Palestinian People.
I wrote about it below, and it's quite shocking how clearly we can see the shift in media coverage.

5 years ago every LinkedIn Dude was posting pictures of Greta Thunberg with hollow 'inspiring' messages of action on climate change and fawning about her bravery
As soon as she took up the cause of Palestinians being killed they stopped
@stephensemler.bsky.social did you see this? I think the first takeaway isn’t accurate www.vox.com/politics/414...
It's so obvious the military drone sightings happened to distract from Luigi Mangione.
Look at these search trends and how well they match up.
The drone searches start right after Luigi and ends just as Luigi's interest ends.
It's just so obvious.
