Australia's largest gas project given final approval to operate until 2070
Australia's biggest gas project, Woodside's North West Shelf, has received final approval to extend operations through until 2070.
Labor campaigned heavily on climate action. This is a national disgrace. How can Australia expect to host COP31, when our own government clearly demonstrates a lack of commitment to action on climate?
Shame on the Albanese government.

Aussies care. And we're not afraid to speak out. Well done to everyone who turned up to rallies right across Australia, including small country towns. We see you. π

A record number of Australians are using our sunshine to power their homes. Now with our Cheaper Home Batteries program more Australians are storing that abundant sunshine to power their homes into the evenings. Thatβs good for bills and good for our modern Australian energy grid.

Australia has an opportunity to get out of the AUKUS security pact. We should take it.

The relationship is all take by the US and no give.

Accusing others of a woke agenda, Peter Dutton became a victim of his own culture war
Peter Dutton's anti-woke message kicked off in the first week of the campaign but his culture war appears to have turned off voters.
Duttonβs βanti-wokeβ msg failed

We have massive floods in Queensland and a heat wave in Melbourne in March. This is not normal. The biggest crisis we face right now is a lack of action on climate change. What will it take for our two major parties to take on the coal industry to protect Australian families from more danger.
