I hope they put more effort into restoration or at least make any effort in-keeping with the city than it normally does, and that Scot gov sees an opportunity to look after the gorgeous but ignored buildings we still have before we lose them like this again.
Hammer lad was Zaimoku! If I wasn't playing him then it was Nagi with the dual sai! Honestly really interesting roster of characters (all of whom were wierdly interconnected in this weird telenovela soap opera kinda way.)
The game that every 00s teen in the UK had at one point or another on PC cause it was available everywhere games weren't sold for like £5. Honestly though it's aged much better than most fighting games of its era, interesting characters, great animation, and has a banger theme tune.
Glasgow Central is the busiest station in Scotland, and 3rd outside of London.
Luckily no casualties reported yet, but leaving aside my personal interest in the Grade A listed buildings at risk- this is going to hit commuters and Scotland particularly very hard.
Seems like a vape shop caught fire and presumably the lithium batteries just all caught at once. Currently one side of the building and a little bit of the front is pretty much gone, though they seem to be getting a handle on it now (hopefully.)

Queen's Street Station is unaffected afaik, but I'd still not even bother with that for now frankly since travel within the city is gonna be heavily curtailed.
In case anyone isn't aware yet, keep away from Glasgow city centre if you can at all. The train station is up in flames and it doesn't seem to be slowing down at all. If you're travelling through the city, go around instead or delay your plans. McGill's buses is taking existing train tickets.

They did catch it. It was torn to shreds. Not even bones remained. 😔
Here's a closer look at the babies. They're about 150 polys each, no textures, and animated with blend shapes instead of bones (which is honestly much more forgiving and straightforward for ultra low poly.)

In the end I would still rather petition Capcom to offer a free update to give Leon a slickback with a mild widow's peak. The boy deserves to age gracefully and fashionably. But imagining Leon intentionally rocking the world's limpest pompadour to everyone's chagrin is fine for now.
I'm giving Capcom the benefit of the doubt. Leon is absolutely vain enough to have gotten hair plugs, but clueless enough to have gotten them done on the cheap which explains why his hairline is so unnaturally straight. Everyone else is just being too polite to mention it (except maybe Claire).
