Oh man Chinatown is not the place to be in Bangkok holy hell. I've never 180'd out of a place so quickly. There's nothing fundamentally wrong with the place, but it's so chokingly overrun with twitchy tourists that I could not help but feel like I was contributing to a problem. Bad vibes.

It's... Ok. I wouldn't get specifically this again, but cheddar cheese can indeed actually go in a cake. Really overprocessed icing, kinda like whipped lard with butter flavouring. The sponge is great but looks like an anaemic scrub daddy. The cheese was actually the best thing about it. 4/10.

It smells like a hot packet of cheddar cheese I don't know what I expected. It is (according to the ingredients) 20% cheddar cheese and 20% egg which leads me to believe it's a fucking omelette.

The Thai King's Mother has died, and while I'm sure that's terribly sad for the people of Thailand, I was unprepared for the national TV stations being very heavily desaturated compared to the international stations. In one case it's almost black and white.
