Finally got around to finishing up our #starcitzen org's recruitment video. Check it out, let me know what you think. This was the accumulation of several hours of clips, (and convincing org members to record their game play lol), editing, and checks with the org to make sure it matches our vibe.

Good move imo. Lost my polaris to a docking bug the other day. That would have been a 14 million UEC bug. I'd like to see them bring this back when the game is a bit more stable, or when they can track how many torps you had before you lost it.

Totally fair. I like to think I'm a pretty objective person, and the truth is nothing else has compared to Star Citizen for...ever. If someone tries, though, I can't say I won't try it.. and if it offers anything near what Star Citizem offers who know. Maybe it'll light a fire for CIG.

SpaceCraft on Steam The Universe is yours. SpaceCraft is an online space exploration and building game. Explore a vast galaxy of solar systems and planets, mine and craft resources, design and build ships, automate plane...

I'm not saying it's a Star Citizen killer, but this looks like a really good intermediary while we wait for SC's continued development. The character models look fantastic. Environments need a bit of work, but I think this looks great.

And fuck, I loved Wartales.

Another great night of Saving Stanton with the squad. This time we brought a hammerhead, a polaris, and a few fighters.

We had a few people call it an early night, but this was the team after returning to Hurston.

500k UEC for one size 10 torp on the polaris. Damn.

I'd be interested to see what other balances this will eventually bring to torps, PDCs, and the entirety of long range combat in SC. Cause that's 14 million UEC to re-arm a polaris once is wild. Especially if all those were shot down by PDCs.

Thankfully I'm pretty resilient to it at this point, my friends? not so much. 3.18 was the only one that really frustrated me, but only because it prevented me from logging in at all. We'll see what new horizons 4.0 brings being yeeted out the door this quickly.

Chasing the star over Bloom.

I've said it a thousand times, I'll say it a thousand more. Bloom is my new favorite planet in Star Citizen.

Ngl, kinda expected this. They really want to get 4.0 out the door this year, I'm sure for a number of reasons, but one of them has to be teasing it for 4 years now. The real question is will the next 3 weeks prevent it from being a 3.18 situation or not.

I think I'm starting to realize I'm less of a coast / beach person, and more of a mountain person.

Problem is getting high speed internet in the mountains.

The style of WoW vanilla / classic will always hold a special place. Same with the music. Blizzard certainly caught lightning in a bottle some 20 years ago.

Was showing the org Pyro last night, and someone mentioned they wanted to see something almost derelict. Something that screams "pyro".

So off to checkmate we went.

What announced, in-progress #starcitizen feature are y'all looking forward to the most?

For me, I'm stuck between Engineering and base building. The idea of an Amos, running around a ship in high-g maneuvers trying to fix things is tantalizing, but I know I'm a base builder in every game I play.

We made an obstacle course in #starcitizen .

We ended up having to build it in the Cargo Elevator, and I'd really love to see the 'snapping' ability added to personal hangars.

The hardest part was the jump in the middle. Ended up calling it 'the leap of faith'.

This is utter nonsense, if even a real take and not just a troll. I mean, I'm not even going to mention Montoya not being a dedicated streamer, but even on the micro scale. I streamed to like 2-3 viewers a night when I streamed, and never SC... Yet somehow I can muster up a group of 10-15 friends?

I feel like you'd get 10x the testing done this way. Most folks don't want to spend the limited time they have in a limited time server building rep and long term progression with something that's going to wipe in a week, if not less.

Honestly wasn't expecting a wave 2 or beyond on the EPTU for at least another week. CIG already pushing for more waves throws off a lot of my predictions
