Unbelievably intense ab workout today. Pushed myself hard but honestly feeling so proud of my progress! π₯°

I've been soooo sore all day. Probably from my intense gym session yesterday so I was really looking forward to tonight's yoga session and it didn't disappoint. Feeling FAR more relaxed now. π
I think I got my Joysticks working in Battlefield 6!! Time to flyyyyy!!
