also it's very hard to listen to what i'm playing with something this short, i really need to record what i have now and listen back later to see what exactly it sounds like

we're trying to put together a cover of a track that's 1min long and it's so out of our comfort zone. no time to build up ambiance loop after loop, the tone has to be perfect from the first second for it to hit properly, and we have to be in the right energy before it starts for it to land properly

we had a vision just before waking up that felt like when agent cooper sees the giant, except it was us seeing our partner who said
