If you're experiencing a block, try doing adjacent things. For example, for music, there's a number of old works that only exist in old scores, and transcribing them can slow you down and make you learn why the composer wrote that way. For art, maybe you could colourise a friend's artwork.

There are other comics that face that problem.

Take a deep breath. Sometimes, things take time. I wrote a one-act opera in six months, and have written like ten songs in the six years since (COVID cancelled production which is very demotivating). But four of those have been in the last few months.
